Account Sales and Terms Information

1. Title to purchased equipment remains with this company until paid in full by customer.
2. Term, unless otherwise stated: Net 30 days. A late charge of 1-1/12% per month (an annual percentage of 18% or highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less) will be made on past due accounts.
3. By submitting this application, customer represents that customer has read and agreed to all terms of this application, including those set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Rental below.
4. A telefacsimile or electronic submission of this document may be used with all the force and effect of a signed original.

The terms and conditions of this credit application shall be and are incorporated into all agreements and transactions by and between customer and Western Oilfields Supply Company, DBA Rain for Rent regardless of the branch or division of either entity engaged in such transaction or agreement. All such transaction and agreement shall be governed by California law.
